Returns & Warranty

30-day returns

You may return a HashProbe device within 30 days of delivery (as confirmed by carrier tracking) for a refund. To be eligible, the device must be in working condition and returned with its original packaging and all included items (the USB-A → USB-C cable).

• Request a return first — email [email protected] with your order number.
• Unless the item arrived defective or incorrect, the customer pays return shipping.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned device is received and inspected.

Pre-orders

A pre-order can be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships. Once your unit ships, the 30-day return window above applies from the delivery date.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, dead on arrival, or incorrect, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and the device. We will arrange a replacement or a refund, and we cover shipping in these cases.

1-year hardware warranty

HashProbe hardware is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 months from the delivery date, valid while a paid HashProbe license is active on the device. The remedy under this warranty is repair or replacement, at our discretion.

The warranty does not cover: physical, liquid, electrical or heat damage; misuse, accident or neglect; use outside the documented procedure; opening, modifying or tampering with the device; or normal wear of cables and accessories.

• For warranty service, contact us first; we'll confirm the fault and provide return instructions.
• On a valid warranty claim we cover return shipping to you.
• The license and the hardware warranty are separate: the first 12 months of license are included with the device, and firmware updates are always provided regardless of warranty status.

How to start a return or claim

Email [email protected] with your order number, the device serial number, and a short description (with photos for a damage or warranty claim). The date of your first message is the claim date, so it must fall within the applicable window.
