The terms that apply when you use this site, pre-order, or use a HashProbe device and its license.
Last updated: October 19, 2026. HashProbe is a product of Antminer Repair LLC ("we", "us"). This website and all sales, checkout, payment and fulfillment are provided by Antminer Repair LLC, in part through antminer-repair.com (Shopify). By using this site or purchasing a HashProbe, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns & Warranty policy.
You must be of the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use this site or buy from us. You may not use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe intellectual property, to transmit malware, to scrape or harvest data, or to circumvent security. We may refuse service, limit or cancel orders, and terminate access at any time.
Products may be offered in limited quantities and are subject to our Returns & Warranty policy. We may change products, prices and availability at any time without notice, and we may correct errors (including pricing and availability) and cancel affected orders, even after an order is placed. We do not warrant that information on the site is accurate, complete or current.
Pre-order payment is taken at the time of order. Estimated ship dates (currently early 2027) are estimates and may change; we will notify you of material delays. A pre-order may be cancelled for a full refund any time before it ships, as set out in Returns & Warranty.
HashProbe firmware and the diagnostic service are licensed, not sold. Each device comes with the first 12 months of the Pro license; running diagnostics requires an active license, and license plans renew at the then-current price. The license is tied to the device and is non-transferable. Firmware updates are provided over the air and are not gated by the license. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or circumvent the firmware, its code-signing, or the license mechanism, except to the extent that law prohibits such a restriction.
You are responsible for operating the device safely and following the documented procedure, including the correct power and connection steps for each board. We are not responsible for damage to your hashboards, equipment, property or data arising from use of the device.
Except for the express hardware warranty in our Returns & Warranty policy, the site, products and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the site, a product, or the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including loss of income, profits, mining rewards, or business.
The parties will first try to resolve any dispute informally for 60 days. If unresolved, disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Broward County, Florida. Class actions and jury trials are waived. You may opt out of arbitration by written notice within 30 days of your first purchase. Claims must be filed within one year, to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to defend and hold Antminer Repair LLC harmless from third-party claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms and our posted policies are the entire agreement between us and supersede prior versions. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. We may update these Terms by posting changes here; continued use means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
